Just for Runners


Running is a great sport and exercise that many of us enjoy for many years. It is considered to be the number one aerobic activity for the human body. However, as great an activity as running is, too much movement in one direction leads to muscle imbalances that can result in a laundry list of problems. Patellofemoral pain syndrome, IT band syndrome, Sacroiliac pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, tendonitis and stress fractures are just a few examples.

Are you a runner or someone who wishes to run again? Do you currently have or have a history of running injuries? If so, then you owe it to yourself to stop the pain and prevent re-injury.

The 55 minute class uses multiple pieces of equipment, designed to target key muscles that are often neglected by runners. This class is offered at a steep discount of $25.00 per session. Ask about multi session discounts.
